As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms, as well as other ad-hoc areas.
- Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, and some HR duties.
- Assist the team in providing a fantastic onsite service, working closely with customers and clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Manager or Supervisor is essential, with a proven track record of success in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks, and be flexible with working hours and days.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
