Position Overview:

The Assistant Manager of Loan Servicing plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the Loan Servicing Department. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the team in executing daily tasks related to loan servicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage the flow of work and assist in resolving complex issues faced by team members and customers.

  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to within the department.

Qualifications:
