What We Are Seeking

We are in search of a dynamic growth marketer with a strong focus on demand generation to enhance our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B SaaS and the ability to drive pipeline in a product-led sales environment.

The successful candidate will be adept at identifying and implementing effective growth marketing strategies from industry leaders while thriving in our fast-paced startup culture. Creativity and a commitment to delivering high-quality results with meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily development and execution of email, social media, content, and web marketing initiatives while managing external vendors and agencies to supplement in-house capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify prospects and build targeted lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile, enabling Sales to leverage your marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with the Product team to gain insights into the self-service customer journey and refine digital and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance diligently and provide actionable recommendations to enhance MQLs and SQLs.
  • Identify opportunities for participation in industry events and partnerships to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, with familiarity in target personas related to digital or product analytics.
  • Demonstrate direct experience with our current MarTech stack, including HubSpot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Exhibit working knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM keyword management, and social listening tools.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain composure and organization during ambiguous and fast-paced situations.
