Job Summary

Tempus Unlimited Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Program Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our EVV program, you will be responsible for providing technical support, implementing and rolling out the EVV solution, and ensuring ongoing compliance with Tempus quality and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise related to the Tempus EVV solution
  • Provide 2nd level support for new and existing users of the Tempus EVV program
  • Investigate software issues and bugs, and conduct dialogue with developers to ensure continued efficiency of the EVV solution
  • Engage in activities as directed to support the full life cycle of the Tempus EVV program, including pilot coordination, implementation/roll-out, ongoing support, and troubleshooting
  • Respond to emails and communication through FMS software
  • Provide fast-paced, high-volume call center customer service, both inbound and outbound
  • Assist other Tempus Unlimited departments as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite operating systems
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
