- Product Expertise: Remain knowledgeable of Garden Remedies Inc.'s product inventory and explain the benefits of specific products and titration methods.
- Client Care: Practice empathetic client care, utilizing active listening, eye contact, welcoming body language, and a warm tone of voice.
- Store Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised store environment.
- Reporting: Acknowledge any inventory issues and properly report them to management.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Has cannabis knowledge and is up to date on current trends in the industry.
- Three years' retail experience in a team environment.
- Familiar with online databases, Point-of-Sale inventory, and cash management.
- Ability to creatively cultivate long-term customer relationships and maintain a positive attitude in a high-traffic retail environment.
- Fun attitude and strong work ethic.
- Intellectual curiosity specifically regarding cannabis medicine.
- Must have weekend and closing shift availability.
