The Corporate Dialysis Education Coordinator plays a vital role in providing innovative and logistical assistance for various initiatives within the DCI Education Department, concentrating on the development, management, and updates of clinical policies and procedures.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, travel will be required, but relocation to Nashville is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:

Department and Clinic Support:

  • Oversee the creation, management, and ongoing revision of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Develop and update educational and training materials, including education plans, audits, skills checklists, templates, manuals, and related courses.
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant topics, policies, and practices, gathering data and evidence to inform policy development and supportive materials.
  • Formulate clear and comprehensive policies that meet organizational needs and align with industry best practices.
  • Draft well-structured policy documents, ensuring clarity and adherence to organizational guidelines.
  • Assist the Quality Management and Education Department in managing communications, goals, and schedules for ongoing projects.
  • Support the creation and management of reports and documentation related to projects.
  • Compile and organize resources, templates, and various media necessary for developing computer-based training content.
  • Participate in the development and updates of high-quality computer-based training materials.
  • Monitor and track project progress using organized frameworks for easy reporting.
  • Engage with end users to identify their needs.
  • Compile and analyze data to enhance current educational methods for DCI employees.
  • Collaborate with external departments such as IT, Risk Management, and Compliance.

Training:

  • Provide training and support for clinical end users, including both virtual and in-person sessions.
