Your Role
The Healthcare IT Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Clinical Technology and IT Support teams to facilitate the implementation, training, and support of clinical IT applications for specialized contracts. This role is essential in overseeing and resolving technical issues, ensuring support during the rollout of Clinical Applications for both new and existing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Wellpath and external clients utilizing Wellpath Clinical Technologies, providing immediate assistance during system go-lives and addressing user needs.
- Develop and execute training plans, assess training requirements, create training materials, and coordinate logistics, including venue and equipment arrangements.
- Manage the technical components of IT clinical solutions, maintaining accounts, forms, templates, and integrations to ensure seamless transitions from implementation to support.
- Document system processes, maintain logs, and create standardized workflows to enhance understanding of application dependencies.
- Work collaboratively with project management, business teams, and IT teams during clinical technology rollouts, assisting with client communications and maintaining training schedules and reports.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: A minimum of three years in a clinical environment is preferred, along with experience in training individuals and groups using diverse methods and creating training documentation.
