We are seeking an experienced Recovery & Litigation Analyst to join our team at WSFS Bank. As a key member of our recovery team, you will be responsible for managing recovery queues, analyzing financial data, and negotiating settlements with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recovery queues and data input to CRM systems
  • Analyze corporate and personal financial data to assess recovery opportunities
  • Negotiate settlements with customers and resolve charged-off accounts
  • Monitor assigned accounts and identify recovery opportunities and portfolio trends
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in settlement decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial collections or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and proprietary software programs
