Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Service Professional to join our team at Equinox Union Street in San Francisco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to all visitors to The Shop and Equinox.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox by maintaining knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as inventory management, loss prevention, and merchandising to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales goals by promoting products and services to clients.

Requirements

  • The ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience in a customer service business, preferably in retail.
  • Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
