Job Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth for Confluent. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our Solutions Engineers and Professional Services team to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies. As an Account Executive, you will also be expected to negotiate contracts, build relationships with key decision-makers, and travel to customer sites as needed. To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of sales experience, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $82,200 - $94,500 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
