Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Quantum5 LLC. As a player/coach, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, leading, and mentoring a B2B sales team across multiple verticals, while driving key growth and building an individual book of key enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Quantum5's niche in the automotive retail space
- Cultivate a hands-on leadership approach by partnering with sales team members on deal execution and managing an individual book of business
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Meet and strive to exceed sales revenue goals
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing sales team
- Coach and mentor sales team members to optimize individual performance
- Maintain, update, and ensure compliance with the Sales Playbook
- Develop sales proposals and responses to request for proposals (RFPs)
- Support complex sales presentations and negotiations
- Monitor and troubleshoot key performance indicators (KPIs) such as funnel stage conversions, close rates, revenue vs. plan, customer loyalty, and organic growth
- Travel to and present to prospects, at trade shows, and company events as required or needed
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, never too far removed from directly engaging in sales activities
- Recent experience selling to OEMs and large dealer groups; large contracts a plus
- Proven record showing outstanding sales results and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience growing sales operations in a high-growth environment
- A bachelor's degree or better with a business concentration or equivalent
- Must demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must possess experience and expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution, and employee motivation techniques
- Ability to conduct effective discovery discussions, and engineer and execute solutions to drive positive sales outcomes
- Experience with agile work environment is preferred, but curiosity is required
- Enjoys and thrives in fast-paced, changing, and growing environment
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
- HubSpot CRM experience a plus
