Job Summary

Comcast Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the enterprise segment. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in this critical market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the enterprise segment.
  • Lead a team of sales managers and directors to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
