Role Overview:
The Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist plays a pivotal role within our delivery teams, serving as the technical backbone. This position is primarily focused on executing tasks that necessitate administrative expertise, including troubleshooting, enhancements, support, and new configurations. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals eager to enter the cloud computing domain and engage in transformative cloud adoption initiatives with prominent clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing and refining existing functionalities within Salesforce.
  • Providing declarative solutions for project-related deliverables.
  • Managing essential administrative tasks such as user account oversight, report generation, dashboard creation, workflows, and other routine operations.
  • Conducting regular internal system evaluations and preparing for upgrades.
  • Overseeing Salesforce data integrations and feeds.
  • Facilitating the assessment, scope, and execution of new development requests.
  • Supporting the training of new users and enhancing the overall skill set within the organization.
  • Acting as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams.
  • Collaborating independently with the user community to define and document development requirements.
  • Executing configurations with a high level of efficiency and quality.
  • Engaging with application development teams and customer-facing resources.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6+ years of substantial experience in Sales Cloud and familiarity with Enterprise channel and End customer sales.
  • Preferred experience in sales operations, partner management, and enablement.
  • Background as a Salesforce business analyst and administrator.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Prior involvement in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping and timeline oversight.
  • Experience in documenting use cases, process flows, requirements, user acceptance testing, and change management.
  • Proficient in process documentation and project management tools.
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and utilizing Salesforce data tools.
  • Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory.
  • This role requires onsite presence and may involve travel initially.
  • This position does not offer Visa Sponsorship.
