We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team at Hydro Recruiting. This role involves creating and implementing behavior intervention plans, monitoring progress, and supporting clients with developmental or behavioral challenges in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Intervention Plans
  • Assist in conducting assessments, including preference assessments and functional behavior assessments, under BCBA supervision.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to track client progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
  • Provide direct ABA services to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
  • Train and support behavior technicians and caregivers in implementing ABA strategies and interventions.
  • Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Bachelors degree in psychology, education, or a related field (required).
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges, such as autism spectrum disorder (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
