Job Description

Bright Achievements seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert ABA services for clients across New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and train paraprofessionals and RBTs in ABA services delivery.
  • Manage and evaluate staff performance to ensure effective behavioral support.
  • Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers.
  • Utilize Rethink for data management and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with treatment teams.
  • Preferred experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
