About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional ABA services across New Jersey. With extremely competitive hourly rates or full-time opportunities, this role offers a chance for career growth and advancement within our organization.

As a BCBA Supervisor with Bright Achievements, you will be responsible for conducting initial and continuing assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and training staff in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing electronic data on client progress and providing ABA training for parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using tools like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of behavioral excesses.
  • Create tailored programs and behavior intervention plans to address individual needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training and supervision to paraprofessionals and RBTs in the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
  • Oversee ongoing ABA programs, assess their effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Deliver ABA training sessions for parents and other caregivers to empower them with knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of client progress using Rethink.
Requirements
  • Possess a Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Hold current BCBA certification.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and writing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
