Therapy Coordinator Job Description

At California Rehabilitation Institute, we are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Rehabilitation Services Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our therapy services.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to meet coverage requirements.
  • Assist with audits and related activities to maintain accurate records.
  • Support the functions of the therapy department by maintaining tools to enhance operations.
  • Communicate with hospital personnel regarding patient schedules and other related meetings.
  • Manage schedule requests from therapists and coordinate with other clinical departments.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in office skills, including typing and computer skills, and in the use of office equipment required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting required.
