Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Department Administrator to join our team at adidas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Department, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, and contributing to the financial management of the Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain accurate records and process information efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain a calendar of events.
  • Assist with accounting responsibilities, including processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Support personnel in the Department with day-to-day issues, such as FTO issues and benefits.
  • Contribute to the financial management of the Department by coordinating budget-related activities.
  • Coordinate and distribute materials, arrange for catering and AV equipment, and support departmental timelines and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, work well in a team environment, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on tasks.
