Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA or OTA/L) to join our team at Omni Therapy in Downtown LA.
Job Summary:
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, providing excellent occupational therapy services and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with our therapy partners and case managers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
