Responsibilities include:

  • Checking in/out patients
  • Ordering tests and medical records
  • Obtaining pre-certifications and authorizations
  • Answering phone calls and managing voice messages
  • Collection of copayments and past due balances
  • Insurance Eligibility Review and faxing referrals
  • Checking status of test results
