Job Summary

As an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of merchandise throughout our stores. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop teams to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
  • Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements
  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$80,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure.
