Randstad USA is seeking a highly motivated Talent Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying prospects in need of workforce services and solutions.

With a strong focus on client satisfaction, you will build relationships with hiring managers through various communication channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings. Your ability to negotiate pay and bill rates will ensure maximum return on quality solutions.

In this role, you will also source, recruit, interview, and select candidates to meet organizational needs. Your coaching and retention skills will enable you to effectively retain talent and provide innovative workforce solutions.

A successful Talent Solutions Manager at Randstad USA will have a Bachelor's degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience, with a minimum of 1+ years of business experience in B2B sales, customer service, or staffing. You will have excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills, as well as strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
