Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production and Maintenance Scheduler to join our team at ITW. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the production and maintenance schedules to support both commercial and operations activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Receive and analyze customer orders and forecasts, develop feasible production schedules to meet customer expectations, and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to manage demand and allocate capacity.
  • Maintenance Management: Manage the preventive maintenance system, communicate schedules to production and facilities teams, and coordinate with 3rd party vendors to perform scheduled and preventative maintenance.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, perform monthly cycle counting, and support annual physical inventory.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare data and information for monthly and quarterly reporting purposes, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of production planning and/or materials management experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to track and interpret data, and proficiency in computerized databases and spreadsheet software.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-starter, able to work independently, and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
