Job Summary:

As a Retail Customer Service Representative at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members have an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly wage range: $17.00 to $24.00.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
