Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate information to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to improve scheduling accuracy and response times.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide informed support to customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize work based on service demands.
