About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our stores.
  • Answer customer inquiries about our products and services, and provide recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet sales goals and targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features, and maintain a high level of visual standards in our stores.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
