Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at Stokes Toyota Hilton Head. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering Calls and Greetings: Respond to incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Customer Support: Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
  • Communication and Coordination: Work cooperatively with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Scheduling and Confirmations: Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
Requirements:
  • Availability and Flexibility: Ability to work nights and weekends at our dealership.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive Demeanor: Display a positive and outgoing demeanor at all times.
  • Professional Presentation: Maintain a professional appearance and presentation.
  • Punctuality and Schedule Flexibility: Demonstrate a punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
