Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, driving sales growth and customer loyalty
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed sales goals, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on products and services, providing expert knowledge to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a high level of store appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
- Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages
