Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our retail customers. This includes answering customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up the sales floor.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
