Position Overview:


The Restaurant Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing a profitable dining establishment while ensuring that the restaurant adheres to McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

These expectations are substantial, making this a significant role. The Operations Manager collaborates with their supervisor to establish the restaurant's objectives and formulates a strategy to achieve these targets.

To fulfill restaurant objectives, the Operations Manager does not operate in isolation. They lead a team of Department Managers, each responsible for specific areas within the restaurant.

This involves assisting Department Managers in setting their own targets, monitoring their progress, and providing guidance and support to enhance their departments.

By elevating departmental performance, the overall restaurant experience improves.

The Operations Manager may also be involved in recruiting and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to ensure that the restaurant has a capable team for future leadership.

Ideal candidates should possess prior experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager in high-volume settings. A background in quick-service dining is highly preferred, along with experience in hospitality or retail. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to hold a managerial position in our corporate-owned restaurants.
