Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Ensure proper planning, forecasting, and systems are in place to drive restaurant profitability.
- Team Management: Manage operations, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.
- Customer Service: Monitor product quality and customer service standards, identify deficiencies, and follow up with direct reports to address and correct areas of concern.
- Training and Development: Oversee training and execution of quality standards, and develop direct reports to build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
- Sales and Profitability: Manage sales goals against budget and prior year, and ensure food, labor, and other controllable costs stay within budget.
- Inventory Management: Plan and manage adequate inventory levels using the restaurant's computerized inventory system to meet sales demands and minimize loss.
- Asset Management: Manage company's assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, fully equipped, and all equipment operates properly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, management, and leadership. They will be able to effectively manage a team, drive sales and profitability, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
