Position Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Solutions Architect

Job Overview: We are in search of a proficient and knowledgeable PeopleSoft FSCM Solutions Architect to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will possess a robust foundation in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM), along with both technical and functional acumen. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, IT personnel, and various parties to guarantee the effective implementation, enhancement, and support of PeopleSoft FSCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Upgrades:

  • Lead and engage in the implementation and upgrade initiatives of PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
  • Configure and tailor PeopleSoft applications to align with business needs.
  • Develop and execute testing protocols to confirm that the system adheres to specifications and requirements.

Functional Support:

  • Offer functional assistance and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft FSCM modules, encompassing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Procurement.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and design workshops with business users to collect and document business needs.
  • Create functional specifications for enhancements and customizations.

Technical Development:

  • Design and construct technical solutions utilizing PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and other pertinent technologies.
  • Execute data conversions, interfaces, and integrations with external systems.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of PeopleSoft applications.

User Training & Support:

  • Develop training resources and facilitate training sessions for end-users and support teams.
  • Provide continuous support and maintenance for PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while offering user assistance.

Project Management:

  • Oversee small to medium-sized projects, including planning, scheduling, and task coordination.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
