Position Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and possess both technical and functional expertise. This role involves working closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of PeopleSoft FSCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Upgrades:

Lead and participate in the implementation and upgrade projects of PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
Configure and customize PeopleSoft applications to meet business requirements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets specifications and requirements.
Functional Support:

Provide functional support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Procurement.
Conduct requirements analysis and design sessions with business users to gather and document business requirements.
Develop functional specifications for enhancements and customizations.
Technical Development:

Design and develop technical solutions using PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and other relevant technologies.
Perform data conversions, interfaces, and integrations with other systems.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of PeopleSoft applications.
User Training & Support:

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide user support.
Project Management:

Manage small to medium-sized projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
