Role Summary:
The Business Architect will be responsible for designing and refining business processes to ensure they are in harmony with the company's strategic objectives.

- Strategic Development: Partner with senior leadership to formulate and execute business strategies and models.
- Process Evaluation: Assess business workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and create enhanced solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and convert them into architectural specifications.
- Architectural Design: Construct business architecture frameworks that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Documentation Management: Develop and sustain comprehensive documentation of business architecture, including capability models, value streams, and process diagrams.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure that business strategies and IT initiatives are in sync.
- Change Facilitation: Evaluate the effects of changes on business processes and systems, aiding in change management initiatives.
- Innovation Promotion: Discover opportunities for innovation and foster continuous improvement within the organization.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and address risks related to business architecture.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 9-15 years in business architecture, business analysis, or similar roles.
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and analytical tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Knowledge of Agile and other project management methodologies.
- Solid understanding of information systems and their integration into business processes.
- Mandatory expertise in Insurance.
- Preferred knowledge of Guidewire.
