Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning and coordination activities
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
  • Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budget
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify potential risks and issues
  • Support the project team in meeting project objectives
  • Organize and participate in project meetings and discussions
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project coordination
  • Manage and maintain project data, records, and files
  • Assist in the evaluation and assessment of project results
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team
  • Coordinate project activities with external vendors and partners
  • Support the implementation of project management tools and systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of risk management and quality assurance processes
  • Capability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
