Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

At Cabinetworks Group, we're committed to building life into the kitchen. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in developing and growing sales of our products within the Kansas City territory of Home Depot stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and leverage business relationships with store personnel to promote sales and comparative growth.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure effective product placement and training.
  • Persuade store personnel to offer our products to their consumers.
  • Train and support store personnel on our product and program offerings.
  • Proactively address product, warranty, and service issues.
  • Maintain and update display presence in showrooms.
  • Analyze sales metrics and develop tactical and strategic sales plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 8 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated successful capability to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
