Territory Sales Representative

At Cabinetworks Group, we're committed to building life into the kitchen. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in developing and growing sales of our products within the Kansas City territory of Home Depot stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and leverage business relationships with store personnel to promote sales and comparative growth.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure effective product placement and training.
- Persuade store personnel to offer our products to their consumers.
- Train and support store personnel on our product and program offerings.
- Proactively address product, warranty, and service issues.
- Maintain and update display presence in showrooms.
- Analyze sales metrics and develop tactical and strategic sales plans.
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated successful capability to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
