Role Responsibilities

In this position, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to identify top talent for our directors' selection. At Jubilee, we explore a wide array of topics and discussions; we seek a standout casting specialist who is resourceful and bold in their pursuit of individuals from various niches, backgrounds, and communities. The ideal candidate will have substantial interviewing experience and be adept at navigating sensitive topics with professionalism and impartiality. They will regularly engage with micro-influencers and emerging talent to broaden our audience reach.

Key Duties

  • Collaborate with casting directors and senior leadership on casting strategies.
  • Generate leads to ensure a diverse ensemble for our popular shows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, micro-influencers, and high-profile talent.
  • Efficiently manage the outreach and interview processes.
  • Support and guide casting associates throughout their assignments.
  • Enhance company casting systems (databases, forms, project management tools).

Candidate Profile

  • Comfortable discussing sensitive topics, recognizing the importance of diverse perspectives.
  • 1-2 years of experience mentoring or leading a team of casting associates.
  • A natural listener, curious, and possessing a high emotional intelligence.
  • Able to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
  • Strong interest and understanding of the digital media landscape, trends, and behaviors.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.
  • Proficient in tools such as Asana, Airtable, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in casting for dating shows is advantageous.
