We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Associate, Creator Partnerships to join our Influencer Partnerships team in a temporary to permanent position. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and pitching influencers across our presale and post-sale campaign initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the influencer sourcing process and become an expert on our proprietary and third-party sourcing technology tools
- Strategically identify talent and influencers for campaigns to maximize ROI and hit brand/client KPIs
- Leverage data and insights to successfully position recommended talent to clients
- Build relationships with talent and talent managers/agents in the industry; attend industry events and meetings to stay up-to-date on current trends
- Expand our current pipeline of content creators, identifying potential in new talent and handling established talent
- Lead influencer discussions across relevant teams; effectively communicate influencer needs and recommendations between Account Management, Campaign Management, Creative, Media Strategy, and Sales
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience sourcing and casting influencers in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of national and international markets
- Sourcing experience that extends beyond social media; comfortable sourcing specialty talent
- Strong writing skills with the ability to compose client-facing collateral
- Ability to navigate a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
- Deep knowledge of major social platforms with relevant contacts
- Ninja-like skills in time management, organization, and prioritization
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think outside job responsibilities
