Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and seat them in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process orders through our POS system and respond to guests' requests and needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Knowledge of POS systems and ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
