Customer Support Services Expert at eTrigue

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Services Expert to enhance our team at eTrigue. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities, a talent for training, and a solid understanding of lead generation, digital communication, tracking, HTML, search engine marketing, and SEO principles. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Success Manager to provide outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and partners
  • Assist with the onboarding of new client accounts
  • Deliver training and support to clients and partners
  • Diagnose and resolve client issues effectively
  • Contribute to the development of our products
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and management
Essential Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with online collaboration platforms
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
