* Utilizing various engineering and scientific drawings, manuals, and documentation to perform assigned tasks
* Documenting problems and resolutions through a tracking program
Required skills and experience include:
* 6+ years of directly relevant experience in technical support and troubleshooting
* Experience with monitoring system health and status
* Familiarity with one or more of the following: Solaris, AIX, Red Hat, IRIS, Microsoft Windows, VMware, SharePoint, Citrix
* Experience with ITIL methodology and incident management systems
Preferred skills and experience include:
* Experience working in an Agile environment
* Familiarity with shell scripts and programming languages
* Experience with network operations and cybersecurity
Certifications required include DoD M Compliance at IAT Level I and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification. A high school diploma is also required. The successful candidate will be a US citizen with an active Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
