Video Production and Multimedia Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Design and produce multimedia content, focusing on the creation, editing, and conceptualization of videos that highlight the services, locations, and educational outreach of the health center. The aim is to effectively communicate vital health information, enhance patient experiences, and showcase our dedicated providers and staff.
Utilize various forms of media including video, photography, graphics, animations, and audio to convey the health center's messages across multiple platforms such as social media, the official website, newsletters, and digital displays in waiting areas.
Collaborate with external multimedia professionals, including videographers, public relations agencies, consultants, and photographers, to ensure effective communication and coordination between the Health Education and Engagement team and outside partners.
Assist in the upkeep of the website by regularly reviewing and updating content, including but not limited to blogs, events, provider biographies, online health resources, and program details. Contribute to maintaining engaging and current website content through regular audits and analysis of website data, providing suggestions for optimizing multimedia elements.
Organize logistics for professional photoshoots involving providers and staff, capturing high-quality headshots and images.
Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, broadcasting, film, communications, graphic design, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in videography is essential.
Flexibility to work outside standard hours and on weekends as necessary.
Proficient in post-production techniques and familiar with software used for planning, editing, and scripting.
Strong understanding of brand recognition and management.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, excelling in project and time management.
Exceptional storytelling abilities to engage diverse audiences, with the capacity to present complex health information clearly and engagingly.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, across various departments, and with different stakeholders and vendors while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sector and/or website development is advantageous.
