Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our client's team on a contract basis in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR administration and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our client's organization. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate HR events and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. We also offer paid leave, including sick leave and holidays, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
