Customer Success Leadership Opportunity

BMC Software is seeking a seasoned Customer Success leader to drive strategic account growth and customer satisfaction across a regional book of business. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for leading the customer success motion, prioritizing the BMC customer experience, and ensuring customer success and impact through adoption of Autonomous Digital Enterprise (ADE) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer success motion for strategic accounts across a regional book of business
  • Prioritize the BMC customer experience with a focus on satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure customer success and impact through adoption of ADE solutions
  • Create customer advocates through deep listening and discovery
  • Collect product, solution, and experience feedback from customers
  • Lead the customer through the customer success framework, including onboarding, lifecycle engagement, adoption maturity, and acceleration plays

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with progressing seniority
  • Strong executive presence and ability to convey complex technical scenarios in simple models and business speak
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and interfacing with customers and sales/presales leaders
  • Highly influential team member with a high level of integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to bring alignment to complex environments
