As an Enrollment Coordinator at IWP, you will be the first point of contact for injured individuals, educating and enrolling them into our services. This role requires strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.

What You'll Do
  • Interact with patients via inbound and outbound calls to educate them on IWP services and benefits.
  • Gather detailed information from callers and input data into our internal database.
  • Follow up with patients, doctors, and law offices to ensure prescriptions are received in a timely fashion.
  • Effectively manage work queues and comply with our quality assurance program to consistently meet required expectations.
  • Work closely with the sales, enrollment, and pharmacy departments to resolve any issues that may prevent new patients' medications from shipping the same day.
  • Take initiative to go above and beyond to assist our new patients.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Effective and accurate documentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt effectively to frequent changes.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
