Business Lending Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Lending Relationship Manager to join our team at Addition Financial. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business members, providing tailored lending solutions that meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with business members to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Analyze and evaluate loan applications, financial statements, and credit reports to determine creditworthiness and risk.
- Structure loan proposals, convey opportunities in detail, and present them for approval.
- Stay informed about business lending products, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Ensure all lending activities comply with credit union policies, procedures, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business lending or commercial banking.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, underwriting, and business operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
