  • Provide one-on-one and group activities to promote recovery principles and support members in achieving their goals.
  • Offer outreach services to members on weekends to increase socialization and community engagement.
  • Assist members with daily living and self-care needs, promoting recovery and independence.
  • Document all direct service delivery promptly and accurately, ensuring effective communication with clinical treatment teams.
  • Obtain funding for activities in a timely and organized manner, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Personal experience with mental health treatment and a strong understanding of recovery and wellness concepts.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Strong knowledge of Baltimore area public transportation.
  • Peer Specialist training preferred but not required, based on experience.
