- Offer outreach services to members on weekends to increase socialization and community engagement.
- Assist members with daily living and self-care needs, promoting recovery and independence.
- Document all direct service delivery promptly and accurately, ensuring effective communication with clinical treatment teams.
- Obtain funding for activities in a timely and organized manner, ensuring seamless execution.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Personal experience with mental health treatment and a strong understanding of recovery and wellness concepts.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore area public transportation.
- Peer Specialist training preferred but not required, based on experience.
