Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Technogen Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware and software support, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install and maintain hardware and software, including printers, scanners, and other devices.
- Collaborate with technical teams and peers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and troubleshoot reported issues in ServiceNow.
- Work on technical projects as assigned, maintaining appropriate documentation and reporting project-related issues and milestones.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Help Desk/Desktop support experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prefer an Associate's degree, but not required.
- A+ certification and/or other relevant certifications.
