Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Technogen Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware and software support, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install and maintain hardware and software, including printers, scanners, and other devices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and peers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and troubleshoot reported issues in ServiceNow.
  • Work on technical projects as assigned, maintaining appropriate documentation and reporting project-related issues and milestones.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Help Desk/Desktop support experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Prefer an Associate's degree, but not required.
  • A+ certification and/or other relevant certifications.
