  • Help clients identify and build their support networks, promoting a sense of community and connection
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
  • Some roles may involve monitoring medications and urinalysis collection
  • Some positions may require providing transportation assistance

Requirements
  • Must be a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
  • Preferably have two years of case management experience
  • Preferably have one year of experience in a health care setting, residential, or community-based organization
  • Required to have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Must be a team player
