Job Description:


The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting accounting, HR, and customer service functions. This includes preparing and submitting monthly reports, contributing to the accounting department with invoicing, data entry, and reconciliations, and supporting the HR team with onboarding processes, employee records, and benefits.



Required Skills and Qualifications:


To excel in this role, applicants should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should also have general office knowledge and be flexible to work overtime hours.
